Founded in 1987 as WOLCO Business Systems, Zoom Imaging Solutions, Inc. has steadily grown to become one of Central California's premier vendors for digital copy, print, and scan equipment. With Corporate Sales, Service and Administrative Headquarters based in Sacramento and Fresno, we also staff and operate modern, state of the art Branch Offices strategically placed in Bakersfield, Burlingame, Concord, Modesto, Salinas, San Jose, and Visalia.
This network enables us to efficiently service over 9,000 accounts presently in Alameda, Amador, Calaveras, Contra Costa, El Dorado, Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, Monterey, Napa, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, San Benito, San Francisco, San Joaquin, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Sierra, Solano, Sonoma, Stanislaus, Sutter, Tulare, Tuolumne, Yolo and Yuba Counties. We are the AUTHORIZED Office Equipment Distributor for Toshiba in all of the aforementioned counties.
Consistently recognized by Toshiba America as one of their Premier Dealerships, Zoom Imaging Solutions, Inc. has been awarded Toshiba's coveted ProMaster Service Award (an award presented only to Toshiba's top 20 North American dealership's) for successfully demonstrating high levels of Sales and Customer Service, for the past 18 years.
In 1998, Toshiba named WOLCO Business Systems as their "Dealer of the Year for North America," an unmatched honor that no other local vendor's may lay claim to. In 2005, Toshiba named Zoom Imaging Solutions, Inc. "Dealer of the Year for Sales in the Western United States," and just recently in 2010, Zoom Imaging Solutions was awarded the coveted honor of being named Toshiba's "Dealer of the Year in the United States." In 2011, This Week in Imaging recognized Zoom as an "Elite Dealer."
In 2004, WOLCO's name was transitioned to Zoom Imaging Solutions, Inc. when WOLCO President, Gary Johnson, part of the foundation of WOLCO for over 16 years, purchased the organization from former WOLCO Chief Executive Officer, Bill Leonard. This change incorporates the implementation of leading edge customer support and solution technologies such as, Digital Document Management, Online Account Management and Printer Fleet Optimization combined with all of the core business values that consistently set WOLCO apart from its competition.
Furthermore, the changeover was well orchestrated to ensure that all staff including upper level management remained intact and autonomous, with the same level of authority to serve our customers evolving needs quickly and efficiently.

Personal Service. You may notice something strange when you call Zoom, no automated phone system or voicemail. We are the largest independent Toshiba dealer in the Western United States, but we are never too busy to greet our customers personally.
Responsive. Zoom defines our response time as the duration of time it takes our service team to be present at the customers' site once the customer places a service call. Although we advertise an inoperable four hour average response time, we are currently delivering, on average, less than a three hour onsite response time.
Resource. We warehouse over $3,000,000 in parts and supplies exclusively for Toshiba copiers and faxes. In addition, our technicians carry a multitude of parts in their personal inventory in anticipation of any problem we may find. This ensures that your system will be back up and running and you can get back to business quickly.

Free Replacement. If your Copier or Facsimile or its accessories do not operate within TABS' product specifications during the term (Three years for purchased equipment or maximum number of copies as stated in the product specifications whichever comes first or for leased equipment, three years or the length of the original lease starting from the installation date, whichever is longer.), and if equipment cannot be repaired to perform within product specifications, TABS will replace the Copier, Facsimile or accessory at no charge with a model of equal or better features and specifications.
