Good morning Kim, Just wanted to share with you how pleased we are with not only your service but Tammy and Isidro in particular. I have had to call her several times over the last couple of years and she is always helpful and pleasant. Yesterday she went above and beyond in trying to help us out with our latest issue, an old Caltronics printer. Michael (our IT person) is out with the flu therefore we were unable to complete the installation of the new copier/fax. Please see the email below showing how Tammy provided exemplary customer service. Our old printer that does the invoices had a fuser go out and we could not get it to work! Isidro helped us on the phone and did all he can to try and get us up and running, to no avail. He also demonstrated the upmost in patience and professionalism. Dear Kim, This morning, while trying to get help, answers and service over a very simple issue from another vendor, I was extremely frustrated because of how badly I was treated. The company I was trying to reach was using a non-local dispatch call center and every time I was transferred to yet another person to try and get my question answered, I was treated badly at every turn. Even when I dialed zero to try to reach an operator, my only option was to leave a message because even the operator was not available.
We recently cancelled an account for pest control services with a company which we had been doing business with for well over 20 years for the exact same reason. After years of struggling with their non-local dispatch call center, we finally had enough of bad customer service and difficulty in coordinating service. In my experience, those dispatch call centers create a very critical disconnect and an extra layer of separation between the company and the customer. They also cause a great deal of frustration for the customer, because the person we end-up talking to will always be someone who is not familiar with the ongoing details of our specific account. Every time one of our vendors has switched to this method of communication with their customers the quality of their customer service greatly deteriorated. When interviewing a replacement service provider for pest control services, one of the main criteria we were looking for was a company that provided local dispatch.
Please know that every time I call Zoom Imaging for service, both Tammy and Cassie are incredibly professional, helpful and friendly. They are familiar with our account and I don’t even have to tell Tammy who I am because she even recognizes my voice! Tammy and Cassie are the first point of contact, they are the source of any customer’s "First Impression" of Zoom Imaging. Please know that they are excellent representatives. After my extremely frustrating experience this morning with the other company, I can’t begin to tell you what a relief it was to call and talk to Tammy.

I am writing as a follow up to a service call I made yesterday regarding on-going issues with our recently installed Toshiba copier. Due, most likely, to not completely understanding how to best use some of the features of the Toshiba Studio 2330C, we have made several calls trying to resolve issues with printing various items, such as spread sheets, emails and PDF files, faxing, and some copying issues. After speaking once again with Steve Ford, he suggested we ask to have a network analyst come out.
Yesterday, soon after I called for service, your Network Analyst, Pierre Johnson called me and then went out of his way to fit us into his obviously busy day. He arrived promptly and spent significant time in our office carefully asking us which problems we'd encountered. He then looked at the computers we print from most often to confirm we had the most updated drivers and the best browsers for our office use. He was very professional, friendly, and maintained a great sense of humor while patiently explaining how to use the machine for our needs.
We are more than satisfied with our machine at this time, and obviously impressed with the level of service we've received.

I found myself out of toner today in the middle of a HUGE copying project that has to be done by Monday (today being Friday)! I was horrified! How could I let this happen? I always keep a spare! I called Zoom in Roseville completely embarrassed and spoke with the women who helps with supplies. She promptly told me that they had a toner at the Roseville location if I would like to pick it up (and she ordered a back up to be delivered). I told her I was the only one at the office today and was unable to leave. I thought it was hopeless...but she came to the rescue once again! She told me that for a fee someone could bring one out to me!!! I was absolutely blown away! Wow! She sent out an employee with my toner within an hour and I am a 30 minute drive from them!!! I am so glad that we chose to leave our old company and change to Zoom! Hi Kim, So this morning we were having a problem with repetitive jamming. I called your office and Pang happened to be there at the time. I gave him the error code and he was able to walk me through the problem. Someone had in-advertantly changed the settings on the control panel so that we had both 8 ½ x 11 paper drawers feeding in the same direction (portrait). At my request, pang walked me through the control panel and figured out what the problem was and we fixed it over the phone. It is our Board Prep week which would have caused a huge inconvenience to have the copier out of service. I just want to remind you how happy we are with Pang. I hope you realize how good he is. In my opinion, a company is only as good as the people they send out to represent them, and Pang is Awesome!!! Please don’t ever lose him to a competitor. We are so happy with the service he provides.

The quality of the Toshiba machines that we have been using is top notch and there has been very little down time with the units. Anytime we have a need for service, the technicians are prompt, reliable and very knowledgeable with regard to the equipment.
Our company has been using Zoom exclusively for all of its needs for quite some time. Karim is always available to discuss options, understands our business needs and recommends the appropriate products. Over the past several months I have interviewed many copier companies looking for the best product and service available. The former company that we had a contract with was less than par for both of the above mentioned. Months of frustration were not anymore to be tolerated.
Meeting Zoom Copiers representative Leila Colbert was such a wonderful day. I was so impressed that she invited me to come and visit their office and meet all of the associates in each department. No one has ever offered such a thing. After speaking to her and learning about their machines and service, I was eager to present my findings to the Board of Directors. She was able to offer us a contract with service included that was hundreds of dollars less than what we were paying each month prior.
From beginning to end, Leila took all the worry out of transitioning to a new contract and returning our old machine for us. Last week I was working on a project that I was having some issues with. They let me know they were delivering my new printer. They asked where I wanted it and then disappeared to get the device. They were happy to show me the basic functions of the printer and set up a scan shortcut on my desktop - and they were sure to test it to make sure everything was in working order. The Fresno Deputy Sheriff’s Association has been a customer of ZOOM’s for several years. During those years, it has been necessary to call for service; yesterday was one of those times.
When I arrived at 7:35 this morning (5 minutes late!), I found David Chavez waiting at the front door. He was anxious to get our copier up and running again so that we could proceed with business today.
Dave took the time to explain the problem so that, hopefully, we will be able to troubleshoot the problem ourselves in the future. Dave’s experience was very obvious; it was unnecessary for him to refer to a manual as so many other techs have done. With his outgoing personality, Dave is an excellent representative of ZOOM Imaging Solutions.

I’ve now had extensive experience with Gestetner/Ricoh and Xerox. My company is striving to migrate to the electronic document. The functionalities we most depend upon are FAXing, Network Printing, Copying, Scaning (to email and to Windows shares). The Toshiba performs admirably in all respects.
Out of the box, the Toshiba functionally is intuitive and easily extensible for both users and network administrators. One problem that I’ve had with non-Toshiba devices is that I can’t get to all of the administrative functionality from the web page. Some functions must be performed from the panel. This is not the case with the Toshiba, which makes all of the functionality easily accessible from its administrative webpage. I am very happy with the service I’ve gotten from Zoom Imaging. Thanks.

Thank you very much for helping us move our copiers all over Fresno County last week. Please pass on an encouragement for Marty, the driver that helped me that day.
Marty had been dispatched to four of our locations. I met him in northwest Fresno about noon to pick up two of our old copiers. I appreciated the fact that he refused to leave with the copiers until he made sure that the they actually worked. He tested them successfully and loaded them on his truck. He had planned to go from there to Pinedale to drop the first one off. Since I didn't have the key to the Pinedale office yet, I asked him if he could go to Sanger first. He happily obliged.
I then met him in Sanger where he dropped off a copier. The power was out at the time, but he plugged it in and it worked perfectly when power was restored. He then went to Reedley to deliver another copier while I went back to Fresno for the key to the Pinedale office. He then met me in Pinedale to complete his mission.
Throughout the afternoon Marty was very flexible with his schedule and extremely cooperative. He could have rigidly stuck to his original plan, but in a true attitude of customer service, he accommodated us at every-turn. Please thank him for me and pass on this note to his supervisors.
